USER MANUAL:

– Step 1: Rinse mouth with water.

– Step 2: Take a sufficient amount of toothpaste.

– Step 3: Place the toothbrush horizontally and at a 45-degree angle to the gum line, with the bristles in contact with both teeth and gums. Brush the outer and inner surface with circular motions, brush the chewing surface with scrubbing motions. Don’t brush horizontally to avoid wearing away the tooth enamel.

– Step 4: Brush the top of your tongue to remove odor-causing bacteria.

– Step 5: Rinse mouth with water.

NOTE: Brush teeth 30 minutes after eating, brushing time 2 – 3 minutes.

 

EXPERTS RECOMMEND:

– Brush your teeth at least twice a day (or after each meal)

– Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months.

– Store the brush in a cool, dry place.
