2. Right to cancel orders

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days from the date of receipt. To cancel, please clearly notify via:

We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made via the same bank transfer or voucher method, and at no additional charge.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be purchased within the last 30 days

  • In its original packaging, unused or undamaged

Note: Returns are not available for products that are:

  • Customised (personalised)

  • Perishable, expired, or non-returnable for hygiene reasons once the seal has been opened

  • Inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.

4. Promotional products

Only regular priced products are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by law.

5. How to return the item

We recommend using insured shipping with tracking number. No refunds can be made if we do not receive the item or do not have proof that the item has been returned.

6. Gifts

  • If the order is marked as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate of equal value to the returned item.

  • If the order was placed by someone else as a gift to you, the refund will be sent back to the buyer.
