VNPAY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE

VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use cards/bank accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR features integrated on Mobile Banking applications of banks or linked e-wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes (if any).

1. Payment method via “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”

Step 1:You choose the product, service and choose Pay now or Order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the recipient’s information, choose the VNPAY payment method and click the “Order now” button.

Step 2:The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method  “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”

Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid, you check this amount again. Use the banking application (according to the list), select “Scan Code” and scan the QR code on the website payment screen
*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes
For a successful payment, customers should refer to the conditions and scan the code on their phone in advance to be ready, to avoid time-out issues affecting your payment and promotional code.

Step 4: Check information, enter discount code (if any) and complete payment
When payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming your successful order on the website

 

2. Payment method via “Domestic card and bank account”

Step 1:You choose the product, service and choose Pay now or Order
At the payment page, please check the ordered product, fill in the recipient’s information, choose the VNPAY payment method and click the “Order now” button.

Step 2:The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method  “Domestic card and bank account” and choose the bank you want to pay with in the list

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information and choose “Continue”. The OTP code will be sent to the registered phone number, enter the OTP code to complete the transaction

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes

Step 4: When the payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the successful order on the website

 

3. Payment method via “International payment card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”
Similar to the payment method “Domestic card and bank account”

4. Payment method via “VNPAY e-Wallet”
Similar to the payment method “Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR”
